Does it cost to send text messages to the USA?
 

I have the Smart 50 plan for my HTC Desire with the unlimited texting option. Does this include texts sent to US phones? From the website, "Premium messages are not included. An additional 15¢ charge will apply for each text message or attachment sent outside of Canada and the US. Text messages...
