Ft. Hood Suspect’s Beard Puts Focus on Army Rule
 

Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, accused of the Fort Hood killings, grew a beard because, his lawyers say, he believes he will sin if he dies clean-shaven. But prosecutors say the beard is an attempt to prevent witnesses from identifying him.
