New Ipad LTE Sim in Iphone 4 allows me to make calls
 

Hi everyone, I have a LTE Data share plan with my wife's iPad added. She slipped the sim into her iphone 4 and it allows it to make calls and receive them. Is it just me or does this not make any sense. She dialed me from her Iphone dial pad and it came up on my phone. How is this...
