Formula One may have returned to continue its racing season after a break of five weeks, but there was practically no track action at Spa-Francorchamps during the opening practice sessions for the Belgian Grand Prix, thanks to heavy rain. For the thousands of spectators, that was a cold shower costing several hundred euros.
