Plans HELP! Too many options and I need some advice...
 

Some background: My daughters phone, the term has just expired and she needs a new device. She wants an iPhone 5S. Her current plan (see below) has a 416 number but she's going to school in Kingston in the fall. Question: is there a better plan somewhere or should I just stick with Bell?...
