Plans Telus Transfer of Responsibility Delay
 

Hi, I've transferred a line before to someone that was very new (3 days old). But I'm told (by TELUS reps) official policy is 30 days before a transfer can be done. Does anyone know what the official policy is? I don't trust the knowledge of 1 rep
