iPad 3 with LTE - Missing the "Enable LTE" Option
 

When I first got my iPad, I was using my regular 3G sim and I saw the "Enable LTE" option there. Yesterday, I picked up an LTE SIM from Fido and put that sim card in and that option is no longer available. Anyone have any idea to why it's like this? I've already done a full restore in...
