Telus Band 17 Signal Degraded
 

The Telus band 17 signal in Winnipeg is terrible. It is even worse than the 1900 mhz hspa signal. I was just in Toronto and found the 700 mhz signal extremely beneficial on Rogers. Why is the signal so weak in Winnipeg?
