Change in HUP policies for iPhone 5?
 

Two years ago, when I got my iPhone 4, Bell changed the HUP rules and let people who were less than 30-33 months since their last HUP (and who were ineligible a week before the iPhone 4 launch) get a fully subsidized one. Does anyone know if they are going to do the same thing this time around?
