Kim Kardashian Wears See-Through Top And Velvet In 95-Degree Heat
 

We're getting hot just looking at her. 

New York City saw record-breaking heat Tuesday with temperatures in the 90s, but the weather was seemingly no factor for Kim Kardashian's wardrobe choices. On Tuesday, Kardashian opted for a velvet jacket, black pencil skirt and knee-high leather boots for an afternoon out in Soho. 

At least the sheer top let some air in.
