Albertans release balloons for toddler found dead after Amber Alert
 

Balloons floated into the sky tonight above the small Alberta town where Hailey Dunbar-Blanchette's body was found. Police believe the two-year-old was murdered along with her father, and the deaths have left the community in shock.
