Plans Cuba Roaming Package Discontinuation
 

As of this morning I was informed that all Cuba roaming packages have be discontinued due to a rumored rate hike from Cubacel. Does anyone know if other carriers plan to follow suit? Also has anyone been able to find out if any new packages are coming soon?
