Finished Plan/iPhone 4, Rogers still wants $50 to Unlock
 

Hi, a friend of mine has an iPhone 4 that I understand came from a finished contract with Rogers. Wanting to use it elsewhere he phoned Rogers to have it unlocked and they are refusing to do so unless he pays $50. I myself haven't used an iphone in about 3 years so my jailbreaking/unlocking days...
