Cannot activate iMessage or FaceTime
 

iPhone 4s fully up todate with IOS 9 No matter how I've tried to activate iMessager and FaceTime from various tips on the net. Tried a factory reset and put all my stuff back on. Problem started when I moved from Vodafone Contract to PAUG sim. Can login to my iCloud and iTunes on PC yet...
