GS3 issue
 

For some reason my gestures for screen pic doesn't work. It's checked off in settings and won't work. Any idea what's wrong with it? Also, I bought this out right and needed to cut my old sim card to use it on my GS3, do I need the micro sim to be able to use LTE? it only shows 4G on the top...
