Lack of "ringing" sound when making outgoing calls over VoLTE
 

Ever since I've enabled VoLTE on my iPhone 6S I've noticed when making calls the old familiar "ringing" noise is no longer present before the person on the other end picks up. Instead now there is just an awkward silence until someone either picks up or voicemail cuts in. Kind of an annoyance...
