Android 'Notes' to iPhone 4s
 

My previous phone an Galaxy Ace (GT-S5830). I had several notes saved in 'Notes', the file is in .db format. Is there anyway of opening the file and importing/copying into 'Notes' on my iPhone. Any clues/tips of how to do this. thanks
