new iphone 6 keeps going to "no service"
 

Clean ESN, legit phone from a family member... I am trying to set it up with pageplus... I have checked that the SIM card is good and it works in another phone. I have tried a reset, etc from Apple's website. Page plus says it has service, but when programmed it will say in the upper left...
