Clement accuses budget watchdog of operating 'outside' his mandate
 

In an interview airing on CBC Radio's The House on Saturday, Tony Clement, the Treasury Board President, accused Kevin Page, the Parliamentary Budget Officer, of operating 'outside' his mandate. Clement tells host Evan Solomon the federal government is prepared to make that case before the courts.
