No Service on iPhone 6S Roam Like Home/ WiFi Calling
 

So i have a Share Everything Business Plan with RLH enabled on it. I'm in the US on WiFi networks and theoretically my iPhone 6S should move to WiFi calling on Rogers when connected to Wi-Fi but instead it says No Service. Once I disconnect from WiFi it connects back to AT&T network??
