I'm A Boomer. My Boss Is 24. What Should I Do?
 

I am a Baby Boomer and have been with my company for 15 years. I just got a new boss who is 24 years old and has only been with the company for 2 years. She uses technology for everything. Instead of getting up from her desk to come and talk to me, she sends me an instant message. I don’t think the time she spends in the office justifies her title. She thinks that I am going to retire soon, I can’t learn new skills and I’m not adaptable. She sends me text messages when I’m out of the office that she wants to talk to me in a language that I don’t understand.
