Alberta customers fight massive increase in per-minute phone charges
 

An Alberta-based discount phone company with an “F” rating from the Better Business Bureau is again the subject of complaints by customers who say they were overcharged. They say VOIS hiked its per-minute rates by at least 15 times the amount that some customers thought they were going to be charged.
