iPhone 5 caller can hear me only low or bad
 

I have an iPhone 5 (no bumper or case) and if i call somebody or he is calling me, he can here me in bad quality or low, but if i record with the voice recorder the quality is good. I changed the dock and microfone at the bottom, ...same thing. any advice?
