Train conductor involved in Banff derailment gets job back
 

Stephanie Katelnikoff was dismissed after a train derailed in December 2014, but she took her case to arbitration and won. Through the process it was unveiled one of the reasons she was dismissed was because she had filed a sexual harassment complaint against a fellow employee.
