Bell Warranty Question
 

Correct me if I am wrong, is Bell's phone warranty one year long? There is nasty screen burn-in on my friend's phone and she was wondering if she can send it for repair free of charge if it is still under warranty. What would be the procedure? Will they just give her a refurbished phone instead?
