Online bill payment system buggy?
So my bill was generated 2 days ago. I got 2 SMSes and 1 email saying that it is generated. When I go to the online system and click "view ebill", it shows me the correct bill. However, when I go to "pay my bill", it shows "amount due: 0", and it wont let me pay! Am I the only one here or are...
