Can you unlock Rogers HTC One X to work with Bell
 

I have a HTC One X unlocked from Rogers and I want to use it with Bell. But their data department is telling me it will not work on the Bell LTE network...something about it not being provisioned correctly. Can someone help me with this? Are they simply mistaken or is this true? And if so,...
