Health Canada worker fired after $20K spending spree on government credit cards
 

An internal report has uncovered a rampant case of credit-card abuse at Health Canada. A worker obtained two travel cards, racked up almost $20,000 in personal items and then bounced a cheque while paying back the amounts. The report also says the worker ripped off co-workers' charitable donations.
