Ongoing Notification "Sign in to network"
 

This notification began to appear in earnest today. There have been several in the past 2 hours even with the Telus, My Account android app notifications disabled. There is a sound, sometimes accompanied by vibration. The message is "Sign in to network". When I do I see that I have zero balance...
