Serena Williams' Twerking Tutorial Will Literally Make You LOL
 

Tennis superhero Serena Williams wants to show you how to take over for the '99 and the 2000. 

In a series of Snapchat clips that emerged online Tuesday, the Sports Illustrated Sportsperson of the Year took a break from reportedly filming a commercial to teach the fundamentals of how to properly twerk in a short tutorial. 

"Squeeze the glutes and engage the quads, take a wide stance... and slowly slide down," Williams playfully instructs.

The fun continues when a few guests join her twerkout session, including a middle-aged man who pretends to blow out his back.
