'Oil People Helping Oil People' group pops up in struggling southern Alberta community
 

After seeing friends suffering from the economic downturn, a Brooks, Alta., woman decided to step up. She started an initiative in her community — about 185 kilometres southeast of Calgary — called Oil People Helping Oil People.
