Revised medical marijuana manual lists many adverse effects
 

Health Canada is about to publish an expanded guide for health-care professionals on medical marijuana. The revised manual has new sections on the dangers of cannabis for adolescents and the threat to driving safety, and is likely to play into the continuing debate about legalizing recreational marijuana.
