VIDEO: 'There are rollercoasters in the water'
 

A massive clean up is underway from what may be, according to New York's mayor, the worst storm the north-east coast of the US has ever seen. Jody Herrington, from the charity 'Operation Blessing' said at Seaside Heights in New Jersey there were rollercoasters floating in the water.
