Activation Lock?
 

Hi - Noob here. Just wondering, do TELUS devices have an activation lock? I was thinking of buying a TELUS phone outright in order to unlock it and use it on another carrier. Can I just buy the phone from TELUS, get an unlock code, pop in my other telco's SIM and go? Or do I need to "activate"...
