Tax Include?
 

I can not find Petro-Canada Mobility section in the forum. Is it a new carrier? I'm interesting in $20 monthly plan at Petro-Canada Mobility which provide 400 Canada-Wide Calling minutes. The question: is it really $20 a month? Do I have to play tax or any additional fee? I'm in Montreal.
