Long distance for toll free numbers within EXT zone?
 

I called a toll free number from within the EXT coverage zone and in my Bell usage summary it says I used 76 LD minutes for that call. Bell does not charge long distance for toll free numbers on the native Bell network so do I have a chance on fighting these charges? Ty in advance.
