NDP leadership voting resumes after shut down
 

The NDP was forced to shut down leadership voting temporarily as the site hosting the party's online balloting was overwhelmed. Voting at the convention resumed at 4 p.m. ET and online voting was set to re-open at 4:40 p.m. ET.
