Senators 'not in any rush' and want further study on RCMP union bill
 

The Senate committee studying a bill to give Mounties the right to collective bargaining today abandoned plans to give the bill clause-by-clause consideration. Instead, it adjourned and decided to hear from new witnesses on Monday. CBC News has learned Senators intend to call the RCMP commissioner.
