Neil Bantleman, a Burlington Ontario teacher, along with Indonesian teaching assistant Ferdinand Tjiong, were convicted in 2014 on charges of abusing kindergarten students at the Jakarta Intercultural School (JIS). They are still in prison, fighting for their freedom.
