Using your Phone without Data or WiFi for Phone Calls?
 

I cut off my service with my cell phone provider, and can still use my phone over WiFi, but I want to use my phone when out at the store, but how can I use my phone without WiFi or a data plan? Is there a way to make calls, texts, and use apps, without the need of WiFi or a cell phone provider?
