Matthew de Grood to face 'unusual' and 'very public' not criminally responsible hearing
 

On Tuesday and Wednesday, the families of Matthew de Grood's victims will once again attempt to put into words the agony of the loss of their loved ones at a public review board hearing, after the 24-year-old was found not criminally responsible for the stabbing deaths of five young people at a house party in 2014.
