How to escalate unresolvable issues? (re: no service in my new town)
 

I moved last week from Newmarket, ON to Innisfil, ON. Both towns are well within the "full coverage" area on the TELUS coverage map, dating back to 2009. Despite this fact, the service here in Innisfil is non-existent. Some streets in town have zero signal, others have 1 or 2 bars on my iPhone...
