Netowork Communication Issue
 

I'm using an unlocked Galaxy S2 LTE from Rogers and I get an LTE data connection on Telus. But for some reason, whenever I run the speedtest.net app, I get a network communication issue. any ideas why? Play Store/Browsing/Youtube/Email/etc all work.
