Bought Note 2 from Rogers Outright - No LTE?
 

Hi, I am a Rogers customer and I bought a Note 2 from a Rogers Plus store. I have not gotten LTE on it, only 4G. I am reading that there is a different model if you buy outright? Is this true? Could anyone please guide me in the right direction to buy a Rogers Note 2 outright with LTE working....
