Does Rogers block tethering to Laptops and Notebooks?
 

On my iPhone 5, I can tether without issue to an iPad and other smartphones, but it doesn't matter what laptop or notebook I try to connect to, I can't. I get a trying to connecting message. I've tested on Windows XP and Windows 7.
