Fallen soldiers receive Canadian memorial at Calgary's Field of Crosses
 

From November 1st to 11th, flags are raised at sunrise to honour a fallen soldiers. This year's commemoration started with Pte. Henri Joseph Rouleau, who was just 20 when he was killed in Calais, France in 1917.
