Verizon LTE iPad overseas
 

Im going to London and Paris, and just bought a new iPad with LTE for Verizon. Any recommendations for which carriers to get? I understand I won't get LTE or HSPA+, so I'm looking of the best 3G carrier and preferably one that supports the hotspot feature. Any help is appreciated.
