Verizon iphone 4, speaker might be dead?
 

My sister's iphone 4 suddenly has no "external" sound at all. Ringtones, notifications or music/videos all have no sound (not crackling as if the speaker blew, etc). 2 hard reboots and double checking all the profile volume settings later, no luck. Any suggestions?
