Rosier 2017 drilling forecast sparks cautious optimism in Red Deer
 

There's a glimmer of hope in the eyes of some in Red Deer, Alberta these days. After two years of shrinking activity, the Canadian Association of Oilwell Drilling Contractors forecasts that companies will drill 31 per cent more wells next year.
