I have written my comment and Telus is restricting me to a number of words I can use in my complaint as well, as what words I can use. This is social engineering, inappropriate, university educated censoring of my rights, and chicken to face the truth.
I am not repeating my complaint because Telus removed my too long a complaint without giving me the chance to make a copy!
I am totally incensed by the callous way Telus treats its customers and its love with BC versus us, customers, here in Alberta.
I had been a customer with AGT in its days and when Telus took over everything fell apart!
TELUS has the worst customer service and programs one could imagine; unfortunately, the best of the big four lousy companies in this miserable society of ours today!
